aft tt rush to bb mrt, top up card n chiong for e train XD reach JE station, only to see Joel n Marvin XD no yuxue or jeffA n HongHao XD
lol yuxue sick sia.. quite sian XD Joel sad canoeing seems no fun w/o a sea monster XD haha XD
if i took e next train, i wld haf boarded e same train as jeffA n honghao XD lol? XD

today HH partner w jeff, yuxue didn come, so i partner w Ben.. we took a T2 boat.. lighter den S2 bt feel lk it's gonna capsize anytime sia XD
lol i feel sorry for ben.. he lk 'motor', i lk passenger tt jus puts in effort to help out XD i sat infront, he sat behind XD

when we launch, i had to step into e resevoir n e grd was lk filled w black mud? it's jus v disgustg XD ground super soft n dirty XD lol cn sink inside e leh XD lol

we did 3 triangle reps.. tiring XD lucky got sun-block sia.. if nt.. i think my arms n face is charcoal XD lol
triangle- canoe from pt A to pt B to pt C n back to pt A... three pts form a triangle.. bt nt rlly straight.. gt curves n turns e XD lol XD
duno y sia, e boat.. move lk a snake XD we move on a straight path in a S+ inverted S motion XD kinda lk a snake in water? XD lol XD

e last triangle was a race XD for every position u come in, u nd to do 'position' X 10pushups..
i thk i nd to brush up on push ups le XD lol XD we came in 8 XD so it's 80 XD
